Incredible breakfast at 10.45, complementary drinks. Unbeatable and brilliant location on the river with views over the river Lagan and Castlereagh hills. Also - near tourist things, the centre, and train station.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, central location great too.
Could hear noise from other room, but most hotels are the same.

I found the check in staff very mannerly and efficient, our bags were brought to our room by the porter, heating in the room was explained and the facilities were excellent. Food was good and as we were going to a Richard Claderman concert in the waterfront next door location couldnt have been better.

The executive lounge provided really good refreshments throughout my stay.
The bar had limited hours, making it difficult to enjoy a casual drink.
